iFocus Labs designs and builds hybrid reality games — software where the player's real-life outcomes advance as they play. The first title, iFocus, is live. Additional titles are in development.
The studio operates as a research-driven, AI-native lab. The thesis: game mechanics, when wrapped around real-world actions, produce optimal human performance. Everything iFocus Labs ships is a test of that thesis.

Today's digital environment offers two options. Video games: fun, engaging, zero real-life payoff. Traditional business: real payoff, zero engagement design. Both are hollow in their own way.

- LabPrivate R&D. Hardware, AR, marketplace, experimental titles. Classified until ready.
Every title has a character who represents it. The characters are first-party IP — scalable across media, independent of any single human. They are the long-term distribution moat.

iFocus Labs is a multi-decade build. The near-term is software — a portfolio of hybrid reality games that work on phones and computers. The mid-term is platform — a marketplace where third-party creators ship expansion content. The long-term is hardware — AR glasses that overlay the game on real life.
