The term describes both an identity and a practice. As an identity, Reality Hackers are the community and player base of iFocus — they are the people who have chosen to play the Digital Game of Life. As a practice, reality hacking is the act of applying game-design principles to the real world: setting clear objectives, tracking meaningful metrics, creating progression loops, and compounding daily effort into long-term outcomes. Reality Hackers are typically vibe coders, solo digital entrepreneurs, creators, and neurodivergent high-performers — though the community is open to anyone who wants to play the game.
